Brother lists a roughly 12 x 7 inch embroidery field, 487 built-in sewing stitches and 416 embroidery patterns. That makes the 4500D a materially different reference from smaller Brother combination machines even when they share SA156 bobbins and common presser feet.

Automatic height adjustment is a sewing feature, not a compatibility claim

Brother's Automatic Height Adjuster is intended to keep presser-foot pressure consistent as fabric thickness changes. The machine also has seven-point feed dogs, side feeding and an automatic presser-foot lifter.

4500D and 4750D are close but not interchangeable names
